I need to evaluate flock and if any chicks will be purchased in 2018. I'm leaning towards no.

3 Americauna. 2 are roosting in tree, and I believe are hiding eggs which then get eaten by skunks or raccoons. Wing clipping needs to happen soon.
2 rhode island red, laying
2 black giants, laying. one hen is physically deformed
2 black giant roosters. due for stew pot by end of March
3 white leghorns, laying
1 Polish crested rooster

3 green layers
4 brown layers
3 white layers

If adding birds I'd go 2 - 4 brown layers, plus meat birds and free exotic.

2019 likely would be 2 - 4 brown, 2 white, 2 green, meat birds, free exotic. 3 buff orpington, 4 black giant, 2 white leghorn, 2 americauna, 4 cornish cross (maybe 2 buff, 1 barred rock) + exotic
Some black giant will be stew roosters.
