3 green, 4 brown.
3 day total: 7 green, 12 brown
7 day total: 16 green, 31 brown

total eggs : 8,5,6,8,9,7,8,6,6,7,9,5,7,6,6,8,6,8,8,4,7
green eggs : 3,0,3,3,3,2,3,2,1,2,3,2,3,2,1,3,2,3,3,1,3
brown eggs : 5,5,3,5,6,5,5,4,5,5,6,3,4,4,5,5,4,5,5,3,4
Cannibal'zd: B,B,.,.,B,B,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,B,G,B,.,.,.

totals for 21 days: 48 green, 96 brown. 6 brown cannibalized, 1 green
3 green layers, 11 brown. 3 of the brown layers are 9 years old... so 3 green, 8 brown might be a better comparison.

144 eggs - mean production of nearly 7 per day.
Brown egg mean production: 4.67
Green egg mean production: 2.28

Current flock:
5 SL Wyandotte (3 pullets, 2 8 years)
5 RI Reds (3 pullets, 1 2 years, 1 8-9 years)
3 Americauna (3 pullets)
1 Barred Rock (2 years)

So expected production:
3 green layers, -> 3 green eggs per 36 hours, 6 every 3 days, 42 in 21 days. Americaunas are producing 48 eggs in 21 days. or an egg per hen every 30.5 hours.

Assuming no production from older brown layers:
8 younger brown layers -> 16 eggs every 3 days, 102 eggs in 21 days. production is 96 eggs in 21 days, or an egg per hen every 42 hours.
mean brown egg production should be 5 eggs per day.

If I include the old hens it's an egg per hen every 57.75 hours (more than 2 days between eggs). I do expect the old hens to lay an egg or two a week, and the younger brown layers to be more productive. Time to scout to see if some eggs are being hidden. Seems like there should have been at least another 6 brown eggs these past 3 weeks. 18-24 more if the older hens are still laying (say 4-5 eggs per week between the 3 of them).
