One of the Barred Rock hens escapes the chicken yard, and apparently pecks her egg after laying it.

One of the Americauna hens lays in a different spot outside the chicken yard, eggs get collected regularly.

A Rhode Island Red also regularly escapes the chicken yard. I saw her cross the road, not sure why she does it.
