Swam, modified set again
end of the 1000 freestyle I did 25 backstroke, 25 breast stroke before taking break.
500 freestyle, corkscrew/elem backstroke
300 yards - 25 hugging bottom breast stroke (one breath) and 275 freestyle. Total 1900 yards.

Friday: 1 green, 7 brown (+ 1 brown cannabilized)

No swimming today.

Saturday:2 green, 3 brown.

Swam 1000, 500 +cs+elemb, 300. 1850 yards total.
